We are the Gulf desk for African business.
Afro Next Business sits inside the Afro Next group. Our work is company formation, acquisitions and investor residency in the UAE. Our sister company handles employment and professional licensing, and we keep the two entirely separate.

Too many founders paid twice for the same licence.
The pattern kept repeating. A founder in Lagos or Nairobi decides Dubai is the right base for regional trade. An agent quotes a figure that looks reasonable, takes a deposit, then the fees start arriving in pieces. The activity on the licence turns out to be wrong for the business, the bank refuses the account, and the money is gone.
We built this desk to do it properly. Every engagement starts with a scoping call and a written fee band. We hold the file from trade name to Emirates ID, and we keep the paperwork in one place so nothing has to be sent twice.
Alongside the consultancy, we run a membership for founders who want the education and the deal flow, and a partner programme that pays people who send us serious clients. All three sit behind the same portal.
We quote the whole number
Our fee and the government fee are listed separately, in writing, before you pay anything. If a cost appears later, we absorb it or we explain why it moved.
We say no to the wrong licence
Plenty of agents sell whatever pays them most. If a free zone cannot legally cover your activity, we will tell you on the first call and lose the sale.
One person owns your file
You get a named consultant, their direct line, and a portal that shows which approval is currently sitting on someone else's desk.
We work in your context
Most of our clients are moving money and documents out of Lagos, Nairobi, Accra or Kampala. We know which bank statements get questioned and how to prepare for it.
One group, separate desks.
Afro Next Business covers company formation, acquisition and investor relocation. Careers, professional licensing and freelance permits are handled by Afro Next Careers on a different site, with a different team.
Come with a question, not a signature.
Most first calls end with us telling you what a competitor quoted you wrongly. That is a fine outcome.
