Membership terms
The plain version of what you are buying, what you are not buying, and what happens if you change your mind.
What membership gives you. Access to the six academies, the live weekly sessions and their replays, the members community, the events calendar, entry to the Venture Challenge and a limited allowance of one to one mentorship for the term.
The term. Membership runs for a fixed term from the day payment clears. The current term length and price are shown on the join page before you pay. We do not change the price of a term you have already paid for.
One to one mentorship is limited. Each term includes a set number of one to one sessions. Unused sessions do not roll over into a new term and they cannot be transferred to another person. Group sessions and community access are not capped.
Booking and no shows. Sessions are booked through our scheduling link. Cancel at least twenty four hours ahead and the session returns to your allowance. Miss a session without notice and it is counted as used.
Refunds are by request only. There is no automatic refund. You may submit a refund request from your account within the published window shown on the join page. Each request is reviewed by a person, and we consider how much of the material has been consumed. Our decision, and the reason for it, is sent to you in writing.
Your account is yours alone. Sharing login details, streaming to another person, recording lessons or attempting to download protected material ends the membership without refund. We monitor for concurrent sessions and unusual playback.
Content is licensed, not sold. Videos, notes, worksheets and templates remain our property. You may use them for your own business. You may not resell them, republish them or teach from them.
No guarantees. Membership is education, mentorship and community. It is not investment advice, not a promise of profit, not a visa, and not a guarantee of funding, an award or a business outcome.
Conduct. Community access depends on following the code of conduct. Serious breaches end access without refund.
Changes. We may add academies, replace outdated lessons or change the live session schedule. We will not remove a core academy mid term without offering an equivalent.
