Short version: we collect what we need to advise you and nothing else, and we do not sell it.
What we collect. Your name, contact details, the country you are based in and the service you are asking about. If you become a client we also hold the identity and shareholder documents required by the licensing authority and the bank.
Why we hold it. To quote, to file with government authorities on your instruction, and to keep the records the UAE requires us to keep. Licensing and payment records are retained for the statutory period even after an engagement ends.
Referral tracking. Partner links set a first-party cookie so commission is attributed correctly. Clicks are logged without storing raw IP addresses.
Sharing. We share documents with the relevant free zone, immigration authority or bank when you instruct us to. We do not sell data and we do not pass your details to other agents.
