What we are. Afro Next Business is a consultancy. We prepare and file applications on your instruction. We are not the licensing authority, the immigration department or the bank, and we cannot guarantee their decisions.
Fees. Our fee and third-party government fees are quoted separately. Government fees are passed through at cost. If an authority changes a fee mid file, we show you the change in writing before it is paid.
Acquisitions. Listings are presented in good faith from information supplied by the seller. Any purchase remains subject to your own independent legal and financial due diligence.
Membership. Membership provides education, guidance, community and introductions. It is not a promise of funding, investment or business outcomes.
Partner programme. Partners are independent and may not present themselves as employees or agents of Afro Next Business. Full partner conditions are set out on the partner terms page.
Liability. Our liability in any engagement is limited to the service fee you paid us for that engagement.
