We cap it because a mentor who takes forty calls a week stops being useful. Group sessions, the community and the academies are open all term. The private sessions are the scarce part.

You book from the portal
Your allowance is shown on your dashboard. Booking opens the calendar and holds the slot straight away.
You send the problem ahead
A short note before the call. The mentor reads it, so the session starts at the actual question rather than your backstory.
Thirty focused minutes
One problem, worked through properly. Setup structure, a bank rejection, pricing, a supplier, a hiring decision.
Written follow up
A short summary with the next actions, saved to your account so you are not relying on memory.

- Mainland or free zone, for your specific activity
- A bank application that was rejected and you do not know why
- Pricing that is winning work but leaving no margin
- A supplier or a partner you are unsure about
- Whether to buy an existing business or start one
- The first hire and how to structure it
Not this: what to invest in, which coin to buy, or a guaranteed return. Mentors will not answer those, whatever the allowance says.
Mentorship comes with the membership.
