Refunds
The rule we work to: you get your money back for work we have not done, and you do not for work we have.
Membership. Cancel inside the first seven days and we refund the month in full. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and the current period runs to its end without a pro rata refund.
Setup deposits. Refundable in full until we file something on your behalf. Once a trade name or initial approval is submitted, the government charges are gone and cannot be returned. Our own fee is refunded less the work already delivered, itemised.
Acquisition and relocation. Third party costs such as legal drafting, transfer charges and immigration fees are not refundable once incurred. Our service fee is prorated against the stage the file reached.
How to ask. Message your consultant or write to the desk. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten working days of approval.
